MoissaniteB2B operates as a wholesale jewellery supplier offering moissanite jewellery intended for resale. No trade account is required to place an order, however all orders are subject to a minimum spend.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and purchasing for business or commercial purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.

We take reasonable care to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and minor variations in colour, finish, stone size, weight, or setting may occur. Measurements and weights are approximate. All products are supplied using VVS1-grade moissanite and 925 sterling silver unless otherwise stated.

All prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise specified and may be subject to change without notice. A minimum order spend applies. Suggested retail prices (RRP) are provided for guidance only and retail pricing decisions remain the responsibility of the buyer. Payment must be made in full at checkout before any order is processed. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse.

Some items are ready to ship while others are made to order. Dispatch and production times are estimates and may vary depending on the product and order size. Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once production has begun. Availability is subject to change without notice.

If an item is ready to ship, please allow 1–2 working days for dispatch. UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail using Special Delivery (next working day by 1pm) or Tracked 24. International orders are shipped using FedEx Express. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. Risk passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Due to the wholesale nature of our business, all sales are final. Made-to-order items are non-returnable. Returns or refunds will only be considered where an item is faulty or incorrect. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must be approved before any return is sent. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

All products are inspected prior to dispatch. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper care, normal wear and tear, or third-party alterations or repairs. Care guidance is provided for best practice but does not constitute a warranty.
