If your item is ready to ship, please allow 1–2 working days for dispatch. 

Made-to-order items require additional production time, which will be stated on the product page or confirmed after purchase.

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail, using Special Delivery (next working day by 1pm) or Tracked 24, depending on the item and order value.

International orders are shipped using FedEx Express. Delivery times vary by destination. 

Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the dispatch date. Delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control are outside our responsibility. International customers may be required to pay local taxes or import duties.
